At Pinemoor, we want every order to reach you smoothly, and we want you to know exactly what to expect when you shop with us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Agreement to These Terms By accessing or using the Pinemoor website, and by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy along with all related terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the website or place an order.
Processing Time We strive to process and ship orders within 7 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-traffic periods, seasonal demand, or special promotions, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods We offer standard shipping and, where available, expedited shipping. The methods available to you may vary based on your delivery address and the items in your order. All available options are shown at checkout.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders over $35.
Delivery Times & Shipping Delays We aim to deliver orders within 5–10 business days of shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and your destination. All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Pinemoor is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, customs or border processing, incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, high shipping volume, or other disruptions.
In the event of a shipping delay, your order remains valid and in transit. A delay does not entitle you to a cancellation, refund, or replacement, and you agree to allow the carrier a reasonable period of time to complete delivery. We will help you track and locate your package wherever we can, but the resolution of any carrier delay is ultimately subject to the carrier's timeline.
Change of Address If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at rebeccaweiss338@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared for shipment. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing it — and before the order has shipped — by emailing rebeccaweiss338@gmail.com with your order number. Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover non-refundable third-party payment gateway charges.
Returns & Refunds If you are not satisfied with your product, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at rebeccaweiss338@gmail.com with your order number. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- A restocking fee equal to 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day window may not be accepted.
Incorrect Information & Customer Responsibility It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate and complete before finalizing an order. Pinemoor is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, and we are not required to issue a refund or replacement in such cases.

- Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped; please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and the placement of any order constitutes acceptance of the version of this policy in effect at the time of your order.
