Pinemoor — Return & Refund Policy

At Pinemoor, we stand behind our product and want you to shop with confidence. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Agreement to These Terms By accessing or using the Pinemoor website, and by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy along with all related terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the website or place an order.

Refund Eligibility We offer refunds for 14 days after your product is delivered. To be eligible, you must contact us at rebeccaweiss338@gmail.com with your order number to initiate your return within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. Requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions All approved returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • A restocking fee equal to 20% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You must wait for written return authorization from us before sending any item back. Items returned without authorization may not be processed or refunded.

How Refunds Are Processed Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer a refund in the following cases:

  • The 14-day post-delivery window has passed.
  • The item is returned used, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition.
  • The order was delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • A shipping delay caused by the carrier or other circumstances outside our control (your order remains valid and in transit — please refer to our Shipping Policy).

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Warning By placing an order, you agree to contact Pinemoor directly and follow the return process described in this policy to resolve any issue with your order before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter is a violation of these terms. Chargebacks filed in bad faith — including, but not limited to, disputes on orders that were delivered, disputes intended to obtain a free product, or disputes used to bypass this Return & Refund Policy — are considered fraudulent.

In response to any illegitimate or fraudulent chargeback, Pinemoor reserves the right to:

  • Contest the dispute in full, submitting all supporting evidence, including order records, carrier tracking, proof of delivery, IP and device data, and all customer communications.
  • Report the cardholder to the payment processor, card network, and relevant fraud-prevention services.
  • Refuse and cancel any current or future orders associated with the customer.
  • Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, dispute fees, and any associated costs through collections or legal action where permitted by law.

Choosing to file a chargeback does not entitle you to keep the product. Any item connected to a fraudulent chargeback remains the property of Pinemoor and must be returned.
